Anet A8 Plus ball bearing x belt tensioner

This is a belt tensioner for Anet A8 // A8 Plus that uses the same X-axis group. Start with the tensioner from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2934446. I'm using a self-modified version of a toothed idler by GonzoG, which incorporates an integrated ball bearing. Unfortunately, after several months and many prints, the idlers broke one or both bearings, causing chatter and... So, after six broken idlers, I decided to create this part that uses standard ANET A8 // A8 ball bearings (used for belts) and an idler without a bearing. You can remove both ball bearings using an M3 screw and a hammer, along with an M8 bolt for bottom support... It's a way to reuse broken parts. For this mod, you'll need to print and use the inner part to reduce the 6mm to 3mm diameter of the idler, allowing you to use an M3 screw. If the print is too large, use a file to adapt it; otherwise, scale it slightly with your slicer or CAD software. Note that the inner part must be stiff inside and not flexible. To complete this mod: - You'll need 2 ANET belt tensioner ball bearings as shown. - An M3 x 25mm screw for the bearing part - An M3 self-locking bolt - 4 to 5 M3 washers, along with 2 or 3 external ball bearings and 2 to 3 internal spacers (depending on the thickness of your washers and print tolerance) - 2 M3 bolts - 2 M3 x 25mm or 35mm screws (as long as you need)
