Anet A8 or clone X & Y Bearing to Gear Adapter Gear

I replaced the tensioner idler on my Tronxy with a GT2 gear aluminum part, which necessitated significant modifications due to the narrow original space. I deliberately avoided making this change on my Anet, opting instead to print several gears and carefully evaluate their design in Netfabb. Unfortunately, many of these gears suffered from flawed dimensions, ranging from excessive width to inadequate tooth spacing. To address these issues, I employed my engineering expertise and a precision hand tool, ultimately achieving a superior outcome. The accompanying Step 14 File is also provided for reference.
