Mounting Brackets for Anet A8 Backside to Wood. I sought to stabilize my printer by screwing it down securely. I'm already using a frame brace on the front with mounting holes, but I wanted to secure the backside as well, so I designed these brackets. The parts utilize the existing bolts and nuts already on the printer, fitting perfectly for me. For slicing in Cura, I placed the models upside down (with the 2 small and large holes on the build plate). On that side, there's a little rectangle indent. I added support for it, unsure if it's really necessary (I'm new to this hobby). However, it printed perfectly that way. Extra parts required to screw down the brackets include: - 4 screws. Mine were 3.5mm wide and about 20mm long. - A sheet of wood. Mine was 18mm thick.
