I designed this replacement to overcome the space constraints imposed by Motor Dampers such as those available on eBay: For Nema17 Vibration Dampers Motor & Tools Printer Steel 1/3/5pcs 3d Diy Rubber https://www.ebay.com/itm/For-Nema17-Vibration-Dampers-Motor-Tools-Printer-Steel-1-3-5pcs-3d-Diy-Rubber/112841918280?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=413261450965&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 If you don't replace the standard Mounting Bracket, the Bed will collide with the rear end of the motor due to its length being 4mm too long when combined with the damper. My Anet is now remarkably quiet thanks to these dampers on the X and Y axis, paired with the External Fan featured in one of my other projects: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3290553
