The Stiffening Bracket: A Custom Solution for the Anet A8 Frame Engineered to elevate the structural integrity of the lower section of the Anet A8 frame, this innovative design also serves as a solid anchoring point behind the Z motors, effectively eliminating movement and providing a robust base for any subsequent upper frame stiffening modifications. Installation is not feasible if the power supply and motherboard are already installed on the frame in their standard positions. Conceived using Fusion 360, sliced with precision by S3D software, and printed without supports or rafts but with a strategic brim to ensure flatness, this custom component was crafted from Ice Filament PLA 1.75mm subtle gray material. The printing process required approximately 4.5 hours per piece, showcasing the level of detail and craftsmanship that went into its creation.
