Anet A8 improved y-chain

There was an issue with the y-chain by Sukhoi27 with the new design of the anet. So I redone the drawings and added slot holes for the end user to adjust the hotbed mount according to his build. I also added some lenght to it so it will serve a purpose of strain relief at the same time.
