Anet A8 Improved X-belt Tensioner v2
thingiverse
I replaced the metal screws on my Y-Belt tensioner from Freemark with 3D printed ones, making it easy to adjust the X belt without needing a screwdriver. I also trimmed the pillars by 1cm, as I couldn't see the need for them to be that long. To prevent Z rods from bending, push the X rods all the way to the left, so the screws on the tensioner engage against these rods. Printing one screw at a time results in better quality. Upgrading the screws by 6% in both the X and Y axes ensures a perfect tight fit. Thanks!
