I'm not thrilled with any of the existing clips, all of them kept falling out or felt flimsy. It took me some time to get the right dimensions, but this one should fit perfectly. If it goes in too tight, don't force it, and don't try to sand it or trim it - it's probably the chain link opening that needs cleaning up. I printed 26 of these for my chain, and only three wouldn't fit right because the chain links needed some light cleaning, but after that all fit well and are easy to remove when I need to replace hot end components. UPDATE: You'll need 26 of these to have a clip in every hole except for the one on the motor bracket. For that one, you can use some scotch tape, zip ties, or hot glue - it will hold. I'm kidding about using hot glue; I also attached an STL for the motor bracket clip. If you're OCD like me and hate having a zip tie on that last hole, this design is definitely a keeper. UPDATE 2: I just installed my auto-level sensor, took less than five minutes to get all the clips off, run cable, put clips back - none broke, none lost their tightness. This design works perfectly. UPDATE 3: Even without clips, my chain would snag on the filament every once in a while so I designed this remixed guide to prevent it. If you have a linear chain, highly recommend using one of these.
