By design, it's intended to keep glass securely in place on the heat bed while also incorporating cylindrical plastic bubble spirit levels all around. With these levels on every side of the glass, you get an instant reference to real-world level, making adjustments a breeze. And if you're already using the Anet level, this clip will help ensure that your extruder is perfectly perpendicular to the build plate.
