Human innovation led to the development of a crucial component that effectively dampens the vibrations caused by Y-axis movement. This critical design feature significantly stiffens the frame, ensuring smooth operation and precise results. I installed one on each front side over the 8mm threaded rods, and another in each rear corner, securely fastening them directly to my table or utilizing plywood underneath for added stability. The rear mount features a thoughtfully designed cutout that allows cables to pass through effortlessly. A significant update has been made: those who were uncertain about the effectiveness of this solution can now attest to its remarkable impact. I have utilized these components for three weeks, and the difference between prints before and after is astonishing. My prints now exhibit minimal wobble or shifting, a testament to the success of this design enhancement. A modification was made to the rear bracket, increasing the tolerance to ensure a snug fit on the rear acrylic panel. For added versatility, I have uploaded a J-hook bracket, providing multiple mounting options for users to choose from.
