Anet A8 frame stabilizer for use with case

I really liked Florian_S's frame stabilizer and thought it greatly enhanced print quality. Unfortunately, after printing an electronics case from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2177354), I rapidly found that this frame wouldn't work with the case so I decided to slightly remix it. It now fits perfectly! It should work with most other case designs, but this is the only one I've tested.
