I installed LED lighting around the frame plus a spotlight to brighten up the print area from all angles. The LED lights came from IKEA: 1 x LEDBERG lighting strip with three 25 cm strips for 10 € and 1 x JANSJÖ clamp spotlight for 13 €, each including one power adapter. To avoid using extra outlets I designed a frame to hold the adapters together and attached it on top of the power supply which is secured to the frame. The long wires that came with these LED lamps needed to be trimmed down to smaller sections to connect them to each other and the power supplies. I cut 5 cm sections between the elements and 30 cm to the power supply for neatness. Basic soldering skills are necessary to connect the wires to the lighting elements. You'll need two sockets if you want to plug in the adapters as I did, otherwise you can simply solder the wires directly to the adapters. The grille is a frame that holds the adapters together; after setting it up with wiring and the adapters I used hot glue to stick it to the frame on top of the power supply.
