To simplify access to the extruder, just lift the fan. A tip and die set plus drilling are required. The sensor support for the right side can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1911146. Be cautious when drilling the fan. If you're up for a design challenge, a version that utilizes the holes of the fan would be great, but it's tricky to make it print in one piece too.
