Anet-A8 Fan-Duct (Star-Gate Fan_Duct)
thingiverse
Fan Duct's Air Nozzles must be aimed squarely at just below the extruder's nozzle. My Fan Duct's nozzles target exactly 3mm beneath the extruder nozzle. Each Nozzle's air flow must have equal strength. You can test other fan ducts or your current fan duct with Nipple for Test. The "Star Gate Fan Duct" name was inspired by a flow test (It also resembles the shape of Star Ship "Enterprise" in "Star Trek"). Inner ribs serve two purposes. First, they balance air flow and distribute it evenly (So front nozzles and rear nozzles have equal air flow strength). Second, they provide support during printing. Print in slow and fine mode for a good shape of the Nozzle's Hole. Use RAFT as well.
