This bracket can be used to mount stick-on LED strip lights around the hotend by attaching it between the extruder heatsink and fan, thus filling that gap and stabilizing the fan. It's designed for 50mm x 10mm LED segments and requires some soldering skills. The hole is intended to allow routing power wires to the underside. As seen in the pictures, a 12v strip was used, which is directly connected to the power supply, with wire secured by a zip tie. The LEDs shown are 5630 warm white lamps, which might be on the bright side. A dimmer might be added to tone them down a bit. The underside of the cooling duct is covered with aluminum foil tape as is the top where it's in close proximity to the hotend, but this LED mount has plenty of clearance from the hotend. This thing was made using Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6z6IvD0ZVfg Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer Infill: 20% Notes: The model was printed with support "everywhere", but results may vary.
