This is a remix of the BL Touch fan mounted extruder mount. The AM8 hemera I am using places the nozzle too low for the BL touch to work. This design allows the BL touch to be mounted in 4 different positions (top, bottom, and two middle positions) so you can set the most optimal BL Touch Position.
