Anet A8 Extruder Button / Knob
thingiverse
I wasn't satisfied with the extruder button I was using on my Anet A8 so I decided to create a new one that would work perfectly into place. This design fits seamlessly into the A8 extruder, utilizing the same original screw and nut that comes standard with the printer. It's much more comfortable to grip and easier to squeeze than the original button. I created two versions - one featuring the 3D logo and another without it - so you can choose the look that suits your style best. To assemble the new extruder button, remove the original bolt and insert it into the top of the knob. Then position the nut onto the part and turn the screw until its tip starts to protrude out of the part. Next, place the screw onto the extruder and continue tightening until it clicks securely into place. If you like this new design, please let me know by clicking the "Like" button!
