Anet A8 Electronics Case, "Stiffi" frame brace, mainboard and two different sized MOSFET's
thingiverse
An electronics case to fit the main board, two different sized MOSFETs, and large frame braces, all due to poor purchasing planning on my part. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2108158 The case must also accommodate a 120mm fan on top, without any vents on the sides to draw air in from the top and bottom holes over the electronics and out through the fan. I chose not to create a fan cover, as finger guards can be purchased for a pound: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PC-DC-Fan-Grill-Protector-Metal-Wire-Finger-Guard-120mm-12cm-Silver-Tone/391811142625?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 Some people may not like the lid design to fit the fan, but I prioritized function over fashion and intend to create a large enclosure for the printer in the future. I plan to print this case over the next few days and will update with pictures and a review once it is complete. IPT files are supplied for anyone who wants to modify and play with the design.
