Summary Fan Duct: Using a 40mm stock fan to cool the hot end, I've created a duct that fits perfectly with my clone's inner circle, which measures 22.5mm across. While I can confirm it works for me, there's no guarantee it will fit your setup. I'm currently using the Clone Carriage, linked at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2099577, and had to switch from the original linked in its description due to overheating issues caused by its excessive height which touched the heat block.
