Fan duct I'm using to cool down the hot end with the stock 40mm fan, which is doing a great job of keeping things running smoothly. The inner circle measures 22.5mm across and fits my clone model perfectly, so your results may vary - I can't guarantee it'll fit yours. I'm using this carriage: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2099577, and the one linked in its description was too tall and ended up melting when it touched the heat block.
