ANET A8 E3DV6 CARRIAGE

thingiverse

I designed this thing because I did not want to strip down my X/Z axis to change the carriage, this fits with no disassembly of the printer using screwfix tywraps/zip ties to secure the bearings. I've integrated a tab for the X axis limit switch to react against. the belt is secured by folding over and interlocking the teeth then using a wood screw in the back face to hold in place. The hot end clamp is also secured using wood screws - wood screws are all I had around me and are cheaper than machine screws!
