Anet A8 E3D V6 Direct mount with Bondtech Extruder
thingiverse
Hello makers, this is a carriage for the anet a8 that allows for an E3D V6 hotend to be mounted in direct mode with a Bondtech extruder. Features: -Three mounts for zip ties included in the structure. -Uses almost all standard anet screws and components, needs only two countersunk M3x8mm screws to fix the Fan Mount in place. -Stable and lightweight, uses only one part to keep the motor mounted and no unneccesary parts were added. -Two optional rubber pads to print in TPU for reducing rattling and noises on the carriage. Mounting: Mount the carriage to the bearing blocks on the X axis (if you want add the TPU pads), then mount the fan holder and the part cooling fan on the carriage itself using two M3 nuts and M3x8mm screws, then mount the Bondtech with the motor on the carriage itself. You can then add the fan shroud.
