Anet A8 E3D V6 Direct mount with Bondtech Extruder

thingiverse

Hello makers, this is a carriage for the Anet A8 that enables mounting of an E3D V6 hotend in direct mode using a Bondtech extruder. Key Features: * Three mounts for zip ties are included within the structure. * The design relies on almost all standard Anet screws and components, necessitating only two countersunk M3x8mm screws to secure the Fan Mount in place. * Stable and lightweight, it utilizes just one part to retain the motor mounted without adding unnecessary parts. * Two optional rubber pads can be printed from TPU to reduce rattling and noise on the carriage. Mounting Instructions: 1. Attach the carriage to the bearing blocks on the X axis (if desired, add the TPU pads). 2. Install the fan holder and part cooling fan onto the carriage using two M3 nuts and M3x8mm screws. 3. Mount the Bondtech with the motor directly onto the carriage itself. 4. Add the fan shroud to complete the assembly.
