Phenney provided two versions of this with his original thing, but I required the BLTouch to be elevated further still. This adjustment increases it by an additional 2mm. Upon modifying it, I seized the chance to position it a little closer to the nozzle as well. My current offsets are: x 0, y -27, z -0.38 I'm utilizing the cooling fan duct Phenney suggests in his original thing, and if you're using a different one, your mileage may vary.
