I operate a workshop equipped with an Anet A8, a versatile 3D printing platform ideal for experimenting and testing various designs. My objective was to integrate the E3D Direct mount onto this setup without requiring extensive modifications or investments in new hardware. Through resourceful problem-solving, I devised a temporary solution that would allow me to utilize the E3D Direct mount on my Anet A8, effectively expanding its capabilities as both a primary 3D printer and a secondary laser engraver.
