The drag knife tool I'm using measures 11.45mm in diameter. When printing at a 0.2mm resolution, the resulting hole was narrower than needed. To correct this, I employed a 29/64 inch (11.5mm) drill bit to enlarge it precisely. The spring I've selected is a 5/16 by 1-1/2 by 0.02 that I purchased locally. Since my design is tailored for the Anet A8 printer, yours might require adjustments. To enable cutting vinyl, simply detach the heat sink and fan, install this component using identical bolts, and you're ready to go. If you're new to this type of cutter, ensure the blade barely protrudes from its base, as the base rests on top of the vinyl while the blade punctures only the vinyl, not the backing material. The spring applies downward pressure to maintain constant contact between the base and material.\r\n\r\nCutter offset:\r\nInsert "G92 X-20 Y-8" into your gcode file for optimal results.
