Bracket for securing a Diamond Hotend requires a Venturi of your choice, which most already come with 40mm holes to attach easily. This design accommodates a standard 50mm fan - identical to older style CPU fans - allowing it to fit directly above the bracket. Made thick enough to be nearly indestructible when printed solidly filled, this bracket can withstand impacts without sustaining damage. Printing in ABS offers superior strength due to its proximity to the hotend, or alternatively in PLA for comparable results. Noteworthy is that images shown of a purple prototype are preliminary designs and have been tested with ABS materials - a refined design variant now slightly thicker with a longer protrusion to provide extra space for fans was developed later on, enhancing the overall assembly setup significantly.
