Anet A8 Diagonal reinforcement compatible with Front frame brace

thingiverse

This is a remake of two designs that blend perfectly together. The original concept comes from photoberto (M8 version) at thingiverse, specifically https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2351450. I liked the idea but wanted something more compact and streamlined. The top plate part is a remix from RamiFee found on thingiverse, located here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2560585. I adjusted the hole locations to perfectly align with the original top plates that come with the A8 3D printer. My main goal was to incorporate diagonal reinforcement into this design (you'll need about a meter of 8mm threaded rod), while ensuring compatibility with: * Anet's fantastic A8 Front Frame brace by Leo_N, accessible at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1857991 * Bowden extruder mount by Brogz007, found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2146021 This modification allows for greatly increased stability of the Anet A8 3D printer at an incredibly low cost. To assemble this design, you'll need to print: 1. Anet A8 Front Frame Brace by Leo_N 2. Top left part 3. Top right part 4. Bottom left part 5. Bottom right part In addition to printing these parts, you'll also require about a meter of 8mm threaded rod cut into two equal pieces, along with eight M8 nuts and washers. This design maintains the full range of movements available in the original A8 3D printer.
