Anet A8 Custom Bowden Version 4

V4 fixes a couple more issues. First test print proved to have some hole locations off, which caused the mounting method not to work. Also added some structure to the top. The Anet A8 actually comes with some pretty decent parts when you break them down to their individual pieces. I was looking at the E3D Aero setup and decided that with a few simple modifications I could make my own bowden extruder out of the Anet's stock parts. This print allows you to mount all the stock Anet A8 nozzle parts in an "E3D Aero" configuration and use a bowden extruder setup. Obviously before disassembling your printer, you will need to print this part as well as a bowden mount for your extruder. I suggest using this thing, as it has the appropriate mount for the extruder without the nozzle mount, and it will add an adapter for the stock nozzle. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2024308 - Courtesy of MafiaTorte Then use this mount if you want to attach the motor directly to your printer. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2369063 - Courtesy of Lykon You can pick which side of your printer you want to mount this by using the mirror feature in Cura. Use the parts from these two things, as well as some PTFE and fittings, to complete your "Aero" bowden extruder setup. In addition, you will need M10 Push Fittings and some teflon tube which is available as a kit at Banggood: http://www.banggood.com/1M-PTFE-Teflon-Bowden-Tube-For-Reprap-3D-Printer-1_75mm-Filament-p-1089552.html?p=5F23158121713201612L - MafiaTorte You may also need some additional M3 & M4 screws/bolts/nuts to complete the setup, depending on what you have left over or lying around. This kit does not change the offset of the nozzle and should not require any additional adjustment other than bed leveling. Also allows any A8 x-axis belt holders/adjusters. I will be working on either new versions or additional attachments for parts cooling fans and other options to add to this kit once I know it works.
