Cooling is applied from the second layer at 60% to prevent warping. The nozzle diameter is set to 0.2 mm for accurate material flow. Layer height is set to 0.1 mm for detailed features. Equal split on the Z-axis wheel ensures consistent extrusion across all layers. An M6 thread is cut into designated holes. The wheel is secured with an M6 screw and a nut, providing stability during printing.
