Unfortunately the bushings have a slight play after six months. Of course less than Chinese new LM8UU / But this effect appears to be faster on a hard mounting. On a new sealant mount it should be much better. Update: I added a model for gluing with sealant. Update: I slightly corrected the model, added stops so that when the screw is relaxed, the nut does not come out and can be re-printed. Update: I added a narrow axis Y belt holder under the dimensions of Cargo Y-holder R1.1. The narrow one is needed to be able to install this fixator. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2045010 Update: The configuration of Cargo Y-holder R1.1 turned out to be slightly easier. The screws for fastening to the base are tightened to the end, but for tightening the bushing to the end is not needed, it locks up. It can be seen that the shape changes. I made 4 pieces, so I had to drill the acrylic base. At first they move a bit tightly, they need time to wear in, but then they move easily. But polishing initially needs to be under the shaft. I did this with a dremel polishing stick, slightly rounded it and applied polishing paste. I initially used Chinese bearings, but they have large play. Now I use printed LM8UU R1.2 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2240418 But they have a drawback: when starting to move, stronger force is required. Now I plan to switch to bronze bearings from automotive bushings Cargo B140947. I bought them for 25 rubles, which is less than half a dollar. No lubrication is required, with silicone lubricant it's much worse. Additionally, I polished with dremel and polishing paste. But in principle, it's not necessary if the shafts are normal, I had to adjust the bushings to the shafts. By the way, one of my shafts turned out to be very bad, I swapped it to axis Z, where I will leave the Chinese bearings. I made two versions for axis Y so far, now testing the self-locking version R1: the stronger you tighten it, the tighter it locks in the bushing, but possibly it will be harder to adjust. Therefore, I made version R1.1 with a screw for locking the bushing.
