After trying to install PLA printed LM8UU bearings on the prusa i3 rework by emotion techs X carriage I noticed the X carriage wasn't fitting correctly.. my printers dimensions were around .5mm off from that design.. So if you've ordered a anet recently(AFTER FEB2017) and have the same issue this works great Slides like butter and no need for zipties anymore.. Check your space between the rails with a caliper and mine was around 54mm im sure within a .1 tolerance is fine, meaning 54.1mm is fine or 53.9mm should work on your Anet. Print it on its side cause the bearing holes will warp if you print it flat.. If u don't want to print the whole thing to make sure it fits u can print around 10% of the design then stop it then remove rails and test it check my photos for reference. Fyi if U need to file the bearing holes a bit to get it to slide like butter just don't file a lot cause its almost a perfect fit. Other changes are the screws I made to work with M3 screws and it screws in from the front now with a m3 nut in the back. Don't forget to oil ur rails and print with the endstop touching builplate and for m3 nut use the heat method to press it in.
