ANET A8 | Bowden Motor Mount
thingiverse
I made a minor tweak to the original (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2039986) motor mount for bowden extruders on the ANET A8 by Bakchos, giving all credit for the great design to him. The modification shaved off one edge slightly so it can work with tool holders: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1539675 - previously, the wrench couldn't be removed at all. Motor_block_alternative.stl is a replacement for the stock metal part of the extruder motor, now allowing M10 pneumatic push fittings to be mounted - this fantastic thing comes courtesy of Mafiatorte's design. Suggestions: 1) This mount pairs well with my bowden E3Dv6 hotend mount for the ANET A8: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2099577 2) If you're not a fan of the stock extruder mechanism (I wasn't after some time), consider switching to this bowden extruder with non-stock drive gears!
