Anet A8 Bowden Carrier
thingiverse
I'm attempting to build a Bowden carrier with an E3D v6 extruder for my Anet A8. Most of the standard parts can be reused, such as fans and bearings. Additional components required are: 12 M3 x 16 screws (six for the carrier, two for the extruder bracket, four for the main fan), six M3 x 20 screws for the lower carrier, two M3 x 28 screws for the radial fan, fourteen M3 nuts, and four LM8UU bearings or Igus bearings. I'm using a radial duct designed for 20-tooth pulleys and compatible with Tronxy P802 auto level sensors. Improvements in version 2 include optimized belt guides through plates and repositioned plate for radial fan use without extra spacers. Print settings: Printer - Anet A8; Rafts - No; Supports - Yes; Resolution - 0.12 mm; Infill - 50%; Printed with PETG at 235°C extruder temperature and 70°C bed temperature, supports needed for the extruder bracket.
