Anet A8 Belt tensioner Y axis
thingiverse
I've spotted a problem with my old belt tensioner - it's prone to vibration during operation. I'd like to take advantage of someone else's operating time to fix this issue. Unfortunately, the original design didn't quite match the size of the holes on my printer. My printer is made of 7.62 mm thick acrylic. I created a model using the original idea and added tides and cheeks for bearing support. I replaced the old bearings with new ones - specifically 623ZZ instead of F623ZZ, which are extremely tired. P.S. Adapted by For ABS My program modeling doesn't support Boolean operations, so I had to use blocks in my 3D model. Print Settings: 3 perimeter and top, bottom filling at 75%.
