ANET-A8 Belt Anchors
thingiverse
A very simple and effective belt anchoring system is centered around a durable belt clip design that I originally discovered on Area51. I've included clips for both the standard ANET-A8 belt that comes with the kit, as well as another one that fits standard GT2 belts. In version 2 of the clips, I expanded on the original design by adding a slot to hold extra length of belt in case you need to make it longer in the future. I've also included some simple X and Y carriage mounts for the ANET-A8. The Y anchor was designed specifically for a belt attachment point that is about 12mm lower than the base of the carriage, with an "H" crossbar on top. The spacer is there to provide extra support if you need the belt attachment point a little lower. By the way, if you use the X/Y anchors, make sure to use a couple of M3 washers to prevent your belt from slipping off. Thanks, -HD
