Anet A8 bed level calibration test
thingiverse
This is the test I came up with for my Anet A8 bed level settings. It goes all around the bed, making two complete passes and printing two small cubes in the center - each one 10mm by 10mm by 5mm in size. As it prints, it creates two parallel lines right next to each other. If your bed is perfectly level, you'll notice a tiny gap between them. But if the bed is slightly too low, those lines will press together. On the other hand, if it's set too high, the filament won't stick to the bed at all. I made sure to use no brim, no raft, and no infill - just a simple print job. And you know what? It turned out to be an effective testing method.
