Anet A8 Bearing shell / Lagerhülse

Human: Hi. After some research I discovered that there are many differing opinions on the right replacement for linear bearings. I believe I've found a good and affordable way to achieve a well-functioning bearing system. I came across some high-quality Sinterbronze bearings on eBay, which I think would be perfect for this project. You'll need bearings with the following specifications: 8mm inner diameter x 12mm outer diameter x 20mm length. To purchase these bearings, follow this link: https://www.ebay.de/itm/SELFOIL-Buchse-ö-x-12-x-20-Sinterbronze/232262301650?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 To fit these bearings into the original bearing block, I designed a special shell that can be printed in vase mode to avoid Z-stop marks. When printing this shell, please refer to my print settings for accurate dimensions. I translated the text from German because I assumed most people speak English. After conducting research, I'm of the opinion that Sinterbronze bearings are an excellent choice for linear bearings and are also reasonably priced. The link below shows exactly which bearings I used. I designed the shell to fit into the original Anet A8 bearing blocks. It's printed in spiral mode to avoid Z-stop marks. To ensure proper function, set the first layer thickness to 0.3mm or 0.1mm and then 0.2mm for subsequent layers. It's also crucial to set the bottom/deck layer thickness to 1.9mm. By doing so, you'll achieve the perfect bearing system with a smooth, precise motion.
