The part cooling fan is positioned at a 30-degree angle relative to the bed, allowing for adjustable height. This design aims to minimize noise and maximize airflow by eliminating the angle between the fan's outlet and the duct's outlet, as well as preventing the duct from restricting airflow. Since this support is incompatible with ducts, users must find an alternative solution. A flap is included to direct airflow towards the nozzle area. The flap attaches to a small hole in the front, but may require a box cutter to clear it completely. I suggest protecting the flap with kapton or aluminum tape and securing it with super glue for added durability. The slot on the design allows easy access to the fan's bearing, making lubrication effortless. A sketchup model is included for reference.
