This is a highly customized item, specifically designed for non-standard bed springs. I utilized the customizer to create washers that perfectly matched my needs. By doing so, I established a direct link between the spring and washer, ensuring seamless integration. To enhance the stability of my bed setup, I placed insulation underneath it on top of a thin piece of wood using spacers and pipe insulation tape. However, this setup required custom springs with fewer turns to achieve optimal compression. Ball point pen springs were initially considered as an alternative, but they lacked sufficient pushing power to keep the wood and insulation in place. To overcome this limitation, I sourced the desired springs from Ebay and then employed these modified spring washers to center them around the screw. This clever solution provided a secure and stable base for my bed setup.
