I encountered an issue where I needed to swap out an end-stop switch and all I had available were these Makerbot 1.2 switches, so I decided to convert the entire machine for science's sake. Anyway, there weren't many mounts that would work where I needed them, so I designed this myself. I went through several iterations before landing on this lever style because my microswitches' levers were going the wrong way and wouldn't engage the bearing block properly. Changing the mounting position wasn't an option due to interference with the machine's rods. This design works reliably so far, but if you experience fatigue issues with the lever portion, please let me know. This mount should attach using the stock mounting screw for the original switch mount. You will need two additional M3x8 screws for the new switch. There is a countersink on the bottom that can accommodate a nut if needed, although in all of my test prints, the screw alone engaged well enough.
