Anet A8 2040 x axis conversion

I tweaked gavincol78's version to accommodate 2040 extrusion, simply adding an extra 20mm vertically. This hasn't been tested yet, so if you do end up printing it, please share your experience and any notes you'd like to add. I also threw in a .4mm layer at the bottom of the upper screw holes to make bridging that gap a bit less intimidating.
