This is a remix of hadoko's extruder fan mount with a holder for an 18mm inductive sensor. Now you can have the fan hinge for easy access to the extruder and hold the sensor too. Below are the settings I use for the Marlin firmware. I also added some space to slide the semi-circle fan shroud over since this one fits on the outside.
