ANET A8 120V Power Cable Wire Clamp for stress relief

thingiverse

The image clearly displays a wire clamp designed to secure and provide stress relief for the 120V power cord connecting to the Anet A8 power supply. This clamp is incredibly easy to build, requiring no additional hardware since it utilizes existing screws found on the printer. It's mounted directly onto two Z motor housing bolts positioned next to the power supply. The part cleverly uses all remaining screw length beyond the nuts and has a slim profile of approximately 1.6 mm. To assemble the clamp, first secure one nut at a time while disassembling the screws. Use a piece of tape to hold the nut's position in the motor housing by applying it firmly and pressing down on the tape. Then, unscrew the first screw. Align the clamp properly and insert the first screw before reassembling. Next, move the cable into place, allowing it to snap firmly into the clamp opening. Ensure that there is adequate slack between the clamp and the power supply. Once completed, screw in the second bolt. The assembly is now complete!
