I created a new model using leftover parts from previous projects, combining 10mm rods and aluminum extrusion. I discovered the A8 upgrade design and modified it to suit my needs. The goal was to craft a robust frame that could be used with multiple heads - such as an extruder, Dremel, laser, or pen. Since I lacked AM8 parts, everything was built from scratch as a complete 3D printer. This is a quick prototype, fully assembled and tested with impressive results. I utilized the E3d Bowden clone extruder with a 0.4mm nozzle, paired with MKS Base Gen 1.4 electronics - any 3D printer electronics can be used. For software, I rely on Repetier Host and Repetier firmware, which I've been using for many years.
