This is a functional part to limit z wobble. Other parts I found were too loose. This also allows for the Z supports to extend out of the top of the frame 1-2mm. The functional section is 11.8mm in Diameter to fit the 12mm hole. Center section is 9mm in diameter. I measured my Z rod to be 8mm. Reducing the allowable wobble from 4mm to 1mm.
