Anet A6 Z Axis Sync Resolver This Anet A6 Z Axis sync resolver tackles a widespread issue inherent with all Dual Stepper Motor Z Axis drive systems. Any snag in the system can cause one or both steppers to lose or skip a pulse from the driver, leading to positioning issues and eventual print failures. Since these motors and drivers do not use any type of position feedback, the situation can worsen over longer distances. This resolver addresses this concern using simple, readily available components to mechanically overcome the problem. This mod still uses both Z Axis motors for positioning. The frame of the Anet A6 is constructed from easy-to-work-with acrylic sheet. The frame can easily become distorted by external forces; therefore, this resolver has been designed to be independent and non-invasive to the machine. The mechanism also, by its positioning above the LCD and manual control panel, provides full view of the LCD and manual controls as well as not restricting the Z height of the printer as built. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DW1PjBG8yBk&feature=youtu.be
