Anet A6 Y axis rod system

I finally grew weary of those flimsy acrylic tabs snapping off, leaving the linear rods loose and rattling wildly out of control. In response, I designed a sturdy front plate with precision-engineered holes to accommodate the linear rods without compromising their integrity. The rear plates were also reinforced with stronger materials to keep them firmly in place against the front plate. To ensure a snug fit for the 8mm rods, the holes may require some careful reaming if your printer's accuracy is questionable. It takes time and patience to get everything adjusted just right, but when you finally achieve optimal rod tension, you'll know it - I knew it was working when the rear plate started to exert gentle pressure on the rod. The end result is a significantly quieter and smoother operation!
