Improvements to Original Design ------------------------------------------- 1. Carriages are adapted for use with 16 and 20-tooth pulleys. 2. Rod mounting holes feature half-slit design, secured by screw-nut pairs, allowing for variable length and uneven ends of rod. 3. The X-motor mount is reinforced from above with a stiffener to enhance stability. 4. Cooling grooves are integrated into the motor mount to improve performance. 5. Holes are provided on the field for mounting the X-endstop on the left carriage. 6. Ledges are added to the left carriage for standard X and Z endstops. 7. A bevel hole is created in the X-tensioner screw for easy installation during assembly. 8. An optional mount is available for installing a counterbalance on the right carriage. 9. X-tensioner assemblies feature M4x50 countersunk screws and nuts, replacing traditional hexagonal head screws. Options -------- Two design options are available for the carriages: anti-wobbling system or direct nut mounting. ### Anti-Wobbling System To utilize this system, print the parts with "AW" index, belt tensioner, and counterbalance mount (optional). ### Direct Nut Mounting For direct nut mounting, print all parts without "AW" index, including belt tensioner and counterbalance mount (optional).
