My Version of the X-Axis Belt Tensioner for the Anet A6. It Features a Custom-Made Tensioner that Houses the Pulley, Along with a Modified Plate Designed to Accommodate the Bolt Sticking Out of the Tensioner. The Tensioner Utilizes an Existing Hole in the Right-Side Panel of the Z-Axis Housing, Eliminating the Need for Additional Mounting Hardware. I Repurposed the Original Pulley Bolt to Mount the Pulley in My Custom-Made Tensioner, Ensuring a Secure and Reliable Connection. Important Notes: Make Sure to Add Washers on Both Sides of the Pulley to Prevent Binding and Ensure Smooth Movement. You May Need to File Away Some Plastic to Accommodate the Washers. When Assembling the Belt Tensioner, Follow This Mounting Order: First, Pull the Belt Through the Hole in the Z-Axis Housing. Next, Pull the Belt Through the Custom-Made Tensioner (You Might Need to Fiddle with It a Bit). Insert the Long M3 Bolt into the Tensioner and Add a Washer Behind the Head of the Bolt. Mount the Custom-Made Tensioner in the Z-Axis Housing by Removing the Top and Right Panels. Re-attach the Right Panel, Followed by the Top Panel. To Prevent Over-Tensioning, Install a Belt Tensioning Spring to Keep the Belts at the Optimal Tension.
