I designed this support bearing because the stepper is subjected to enormous stress when tightening the belt and its position changes. Inside, a ball bearing is installed that is mounted on the stepper's shaft. As you can see, the belt now runs centrally on the disc and is optimally loaded. You will still need a ball bearing (5x10x4). For fine tuning, I used some paper that I inserted into the stepper.
